Our Certifications are always growing...

I’ve loved being on the water since I was young. I spent my summer days in our pool and as I got older I spent alot of time on seadoos which developed my love of boats. I’ve travelled many of the Greek islands by water and have always been drawn to the helm to meet the Captains and learn all I could about the maritime industry. I purchased my first boat, a brand new 17ft Bayliner bowrider in 2016 that i enjoyed using on Lake Ontario cruising and tubing with my family and friends. Then I purchased my 27 Ft Doral Sport Cruiser during COVID which is when I realized I wanted to create these memorable experiences on the water for as many people as I can so I decided to pursue my dream of owning and chartering a Monterey Cruiser boat. I travel often to Fort Lauderdale, the yachting capital of the world to continue my Captains training at Maritime Professional Training, Bluewater Sailing School, as well as Survival Systems Training School in Nova Scotia.
I've also worked with the Toronto Island Marina driving their Tender boats across to the Toronto Harbour alongside several Canadian Coast Guard Captains as part of my training.
Having completed my US Coast Guard 100ton Masters course and receiving my ASA 101 ,103, 104 and 114 Sailing and Catamaran certifications from Bluewater Sailing School in Florida has given me the opportunity to provide guests with safe and exciting boat experiences.
My certifications include:
Captain 100ton Masters
SVOP
American Sailing Association 101, 103, 104
Catamaran Sailing 114
STCW (CPR, Security Awareness, Basic Marine Firefighting, Basic Safety Training)
I have always been drawn to boating and water of any kind. I sailed Lake Erie as a kid with my father learning everything I could learn from him. I was top on my swim team earning medals and ribbons. I joined naval cadets for four years, earning petty officer first class, learning knots and how to be an officer of four younger cadets. I have since travelled the world doing boat tours including scuba diving shipwrecks, snorkeling, catching my own lobster in Aruba, swimming with sharks and stingrays in Belize. One of my favourite memories was white water rafting in Fernie in class five rapids for the run off. I also enjoy paddle boarding, canoeing and ocean kayaking. Recently in 2025, I accomplished crewing a boat for a month and rope handling through the Panama Canal system.
I chartered the Harbour Queen, a sternwheeler in the Halifax Harbour and produced events for 14 years for the Maritime Tattoo Festival. Bringing 200 people aboard for a three hour tour to celebrate our last night of the festival, complete with live music and catering.
I decided it was time to really learn to sail in 2020 and had an opportunity to race on Wednesday nights at the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron in Halifax. I learned a lot aboard the Highlander, a 33’ Dehler db1 q986 regatta yacht, helping with main sails and doing the runners in fleet B. Flying the spinnaker sail is always awesome trying to keep the sail full downwind.
I am very excited to share my knowledge and show people the Niagara River where I grew up. The majestic current and lake effects it brings being between the shallow Lake Erie and running into Lake Ontario.
My certifications include:
SVOP
ROC-M
American Sailing Association 101, 103, 104
Catamaran Sailing 114
STCW (CPR, Security Awareness, Basic Marine Firefighting, Basic Safety Training)

LUXURY AFLOAT
The Monterey 270 Sport Cruiser is Powered by an 8.1L Volvo Penta 375hp engine that cuts through waves like butter for a smooth glide on the water.
She has a stainless-steel swim ladder and large swim platform for easy access to swimming or just sitting on with your feet dipped to enjoy the beautiful view. There is a convenient hot/cold transom shower to rinse off after a day of enjoying the lake. This is where we put out the toys for your entertainment. The cockpit plays into the hands of the entertainer, where you can enjoy a beautiful setting for cocktails and snacks enjoying the view.
The surrounding seating can also convert to loungers if you're feeling like a siesta is in order. Full canopy for some shade in the hot sun or rain (also includes heat if needed).
A portside amenities centre (wet bar) is traced by a decent stainless-steel grabrail and graced with a sink, dry ice box for holding a bottle of wine or a few beers.
Up front, there's an opening windscreen with a walkthrough dash for a safe route to the bow. The non-skid foredeck is where a drink and some sunbathing is in order and if deep enough you’re welcome to jump off.
A convenient Vacuflush head (washroom) is always available, no need to pee in the lake 😂
Drinks and coffee/ tea is always available. Also space below deck to safely store your personal belongings for our trip out.
And of course a great sound system for awesome beats or take over our Bluetooth if you feel like you want to DJ yourself. But music may be a thing for us and we love creating a vibe to remember. Name a genre and we have it!
